About Kelly

As a dedicated, full-time Realtor, I have had the privilege of serving as an Affiliate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Greg Cox Real Estate since 2012 and have led our office as Managing Broker since 2021. My commitment to excellence has been recognized with honors like the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman's Circle Gold Award, placing me among the top 2% of agents worldwide. I am proud to be a multiple-time recipient of the President's Circle, Leading Edge Society and Honor Society awards, and have been recognized as a Top-3 Agent in Tennessee for Overall Quarterly Sales. I am also a member of the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors Leadership Council.

I graduated with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Tennessee and also hold several key certifications, including GRI, CRS, ABR, SRS, C2EX, and LCS. I am also a certified member of the Referral Channel and Worldwide ERC, which ensures that I am well-equipped to help you achieve your real estate goals.

When I’m at home with my husband and our four children, we love playing pickleball in the driveway and planning our next trip to somewhere new. I’m also deeply engaged in our community, serving on the Young Life of Upper East TN Committee, United Way Board, Johnson City Board of Zoning Appeals, Faithfully Business Board, actively participating in Grace Fellowship Church in Johnson City, and coordinating PTA activities at my children’s schools.
